3 week yoga retreat – how I love this program!!

I love yoga and have done it throughout my life in different versions. The reason why I love this program is because of the busy life I lead. At the end of the day when I feel I have nothing left and have lost my “ME’ time I know I can log in and find the next workout that will bring me back to me. I feel stronger after and I feel more relaxed and in tune with my body.

You would think working out before bed would be the worst thing someone could do, until you do yoga. It actually helps me sleep better, I don’t wake up during the night on the nights I end my day with yoga. The way these 3 weeks are put together you will be stronger and motivated for more. Yoga will become your go to after a stressful day.
